This is an "Invitation for Bids" Project Title: Roof Repairs Buildings 11266, 11236, 6981, 2452, 4199, 2903, 2404 and 2467 A bid guarantee is required (see clause at FAR 52.228-1). Performance and payment bonds are required (see clause at FAR 52.228-15 DEV) This is a 100% competitive set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business under NAICS 238160 w ith a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is betw een $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The aw ardee of this contract w ill be required to provide a Superintendent at all times w ork is being performed on the project (see clause at FAR 52.236-6). The Superintendent is considered a key position. This position SHALL NOT be subcontracted and must w ork directly for the prime contractor. ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED SIMULTANEOUSLY.
