Major elements of the project for each of the following schools: Avalon ES; Camelot ES; Citrus ES; Endeavor ES include: 1. Comprehensive renovation projects for Avalon Elementary School at 13500 Tanja King Blvd., Orlando, FL., 32823; Camelot Elementary School at 14501 Waterford Chase Parkway, Orlando, FL., 32828; Citrus Elementary School at 87 N. Clarke Road, Ocoee, FL., 324761 and Endeavor Elementary School at 13501 Balcom Road, Orlando, FL., 32837. 2. For each school comprehensive renovation and remodeling of the entire campus to provide improved facilities meeting Orange County Public Schools Design Guidelines and educational program requirements. The project scope includes all renovations needed to address current deficiencies and to upgrade all building and site facilities, systems and finishes at or near the end of their useful life. The scope also provides for remodeling of existing spaces to support current programs, life safety and accessibility requirements. Construction will occur on an occupied campus. Scope will also include any temporary facilities and classrooms required to support construction phasing.
