Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Canton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Project is anticipated to consist of the design and construction of Willig Field Complex Upgrades including Artificial Turf, Irrigation and prefabricated restroom facility. (the "Work"). The Owner's budget for design and construction of the Project is $2,300,000.00, excluding legal and real estate acquisition fees and permitting fees (the "Owner's Budget").
