The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is betw een $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Applicable New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax Rate for Socorro County is 6.375% as of the date of solicitation. The aw ardee of this contract w ill be required to provide a Superintendent at all times w ork is being performed on the project (see clause at FAR 52.236-6). The Superintendent is considered a key position. This position SHALL NOT be subcontracted and must w ork directly for the prime contractor. ALL w ork shall be performed simultaneously.
