Renovation of a water / sewer project in Olympia, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Perform professional Architectural/Engineering consulting services for Fire & Domestic Water Pump Renovation. Project Design during the current (21-23) biennium. Bidding, Construction Administration and Closeout during 23-25 biennium. This project will be for the renovation of select Fire and Domestic water pumping equipment, valves, switch gear and controls in the existing Campus pumphouse building. In addition, this contract will include scope for building and system modifications to accept an Owner provided temporary rental power generator and demolition and replacement of the existing emergency power generator. Consultants will be considered for selection based upon the following criteria categories: (1) Relevant Experience of Personnel to be used on the project (100%), (2) Qualifications of the Personnel to be used on the project (100%), (3) Proven successful experience working with college or university project teams in the design of similar projects (100%), (4) Previous Performance of the firm (100%). The Evergreen State College has established voluntary MWBE Goals of 10% MBE and 8% WBE. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
