This is a Request for Proposals to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the Leitchfield Utilities' Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The evaluation should reflect the current conditions, as well necessary improvements and/or upgrades to the WWTP. This Request for Proposals consists of the following information, which can be obtained by contacting Alicia Harrell at City Hall at alicia.harrell@leitchfield.org or (270)259-4034. A - Background and Objectives C - Proposal Contents B - Proposal Schedule D - Selection Criteria Leitchfield Utilities will enter negotiations for a contract with the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the Utility. The factors to be considered and the method to be utilized in the evaluation of the qualifications and selection of the engineer are set forth in Section D. Leitchfield Utilities reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any technicalities. Qualified Minority, Female, and Disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to reply.
