# of Firms to Select 1 Project Development Services 1 HMA Overlay Preventative Maintenance on I-70, including Small Structures and Drains and 3 Replace Superstructures on l-70 all in Putman County The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide a Topographic Survey, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Hydraulic Analysis, Utility Coordination, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking, Title Research if these work-types become necessary) Design and Plans Development and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations. INDOT will provide any Land Acquisition Services should they be required.
