Demolition and site work for a residential development in East Chicago, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
East Chicago Building Department will receive sealed bids for the above described 2022 Phase II Board of Safety Demolition of Unsafe Structures All vendors must be licensed to perform demolition work in East Chicago, Indiana. The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Removal of the following unsafe structures in East Chicago, Indiana GROUP 1 4833 McCook Ave. (Rear & Garage) 1117 138th St. 3815 Alder St. 3921 Fern St. 3435 Fir St. 3912 Grace St. 608 143rd St. 3610 Grand (Garage) 4857 Wegg (Garage) (Please note that 4833 McCook Ave. is located in the superfund area and must comply with the special project procedures provided by Amereco Inc.) This Work will be funded by the City of East Chicago using its Unsafe Building Funds. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities and to accept the bid which it deems most favorable to the interest of the Owner after all bids have been examined and canvassed.
