New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) invites contractors to submit proposals for the provision of security system maintenance at the NYCEDC offices at One Liberty Plaza, New York, NY 10006. The selected contractor (the "Contractor") will be expected to perform routine maintenance, updates and any as needed repairs on the security camera system, access control and the ID station. The Contractor shall propose a yearly schedule of visits to NYCEDC, which shall be mutually agreed prior to the execution of the contract. NYCEDC plans to select a contractor on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any subcontractors proposed, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee.
