Lawrence USD #497 is seeking to establish a relationship with an architectural firm to participate in the production of a Master Facility Study. The architectural firm will work in cooperation with the District's identified Engineering Team and Planning Consultant to develop a system-wide recommendation to align the current and future educational need of the district's students with Lawrence Public Schools' Strategic Plan and available resources. To be considered, submit your proposal prepared in compliance with the requirements of this RFQ document. All electronically submitted proposals must comply with the following requirements: a. The proposal must be submitted in a pdf format. b. The proposal must be attached to and submitted with a transmittal email that contains the following language in the subject line of the email: "Architectural Services # 080822." Telephone, hard copy and facsimile proposals should not be submitted and will not be considered. The time stamp on the District's email will be the official clock utilized to determine the time for the close of bidding.
