Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Williamson, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Housing Authority of the City of Williamson, West Virginia will receive sealed bids from Contractors for its FY2022 CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM - IMPROVEMENT OF SITE DRAINAGE AT LIBERTY HEIGHTS Demolition of 425 feet of 60" tall concrete block free-standing wall; installation of 415 feet of 6 feet tall segmental block retaining wall; 1095 feet of 4" French drainage pipe and gravel bedding; replacement of five existing storm drainage drop boxes with standard various size stormwater drop boxes; roof drainage guttering improvements, improvements for an existing storm drainage retention earthen structure, and revegetation of all disturbed areas upon project completion. All bidders shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the work being performed.
