PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Rehabilitate the Historic Josiah Benner House, spring house and summer kitchen - Gettysburg National Military Park, Gettysburg, PA The work will include all construction, labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary to rehabilitate the exterior and interior of the Josiah Benner House. PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. This firm-fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest price technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive women owned small business set-aside acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the anticipated solicitation. NAICS CODE: 236118 Residential Remodelers with a small business size standard of $39.5M. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
