**The Project has been awarded to Integration Mangement Inc and no awarded amount available.** The Housing Authority of the City of Stamford d/b/a Charter Oak Communities ("COC"), requests proposals from qualified contracting firms ("Contractor") to provide contracting services for Apartment Restoration at COC's Federal Low Income Public Housing, Tax Credit Developments (Elderly and Family), State Elderly, State Moderate Rent, State Congregate, CHFA Programs, and New Developments that were financed with Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits (ICR Section 42). By this announcement, Charter Oak Communities is seeking proposals from contracting firms to provide General Contracting Services for Apartment Restoration, RFP #22-0008, as described in the Request For Proposals ("RFP"). Before submitting its response, the respondent shall examine the entire RFP. The submission of a response will be construed as evidence that such an examination has been made. All procurement decisions shall be at the sole discretion of Charter Oak Communities. Charter Oak Communities is an Affirmative Action/ Equal Opportunity Employer.
