All with a fixed contract, as stipulated in the tender documents. CONDITION: Bidders must comply with the conditions in the tender documents. INFORMATION: Bidders will obtain all information by contacting: Réjean Lemay, Property Manager, at the following telephone number: 819 378-5438 or by email: rlemay@omhtr.ca TENDER GUARANTEE: In the form of a surety bond by authorized company, equivalent to: 10% of the bid amount or a certified cheque, a money order, a bank draft payable to the order of the applicant for the work, an irrevocable letter of guarantee in favor of the said applicant or bonds payable to bearer. These must be issued or guaranteed by the Government of Quebec or Canada and the term must not exceed five years. The value of these bonds must be equivalent to 5% of the amount of the tender and be valid for 60 days from the deadline for submission of tenders. The guarantee must be annexed to the tender. TENDERER'S OBLIGATIONS: The tenderers must comply with the specifications and conditions issued in the tender documents.
