The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is an agency within the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) system. The Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) division of HHSC administers solicitations for HHS. HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish Contract(s) for HVAC, Boiler and Steam Distribution Systems repair and rentals for the Austin State Hospital, Austin, TX Both HHS Agencies, HHSC and DSHS, will be entitled to use any contract awarded as a result of this Solicitation. Any contract resulting from this Solicitation will have an initial term beginning September 1, 2022 and expiring August 31, 2023. HHSC, at its sole discretion, may renew the Contract for up to two (2) additional 2-year terms.
