Crack Sealing in Yavapai County, Arizona - Contract Bidders shall be responsible for any licenses or permits required by the regulatory agency of the State of Arizona that apply to the performance of this contract. The Board of Supervisors of Yavapai County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of Yavapai County. Scope: The services included in this project comprise the furnishing of all labor, materials (excluding product), equipment, fixtures and services, required for traffic control, crack sealing, and quality control, and all other aspects, as specified in these specifications for the Annual Contract for CRACK SEALING in Yavapai County. Locations: The vendor should thoroughly examine the locations of any proposed work before submitting his bid for the work and should familiarize himself with all local conditions affecting the work. The additions of work at additional locations shall not be justifications for any changes or increase in the unit prices bid. Standards of quality and performance indicated or specified shall be understood to be minimum requirements. Upon award of this contract, the successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Contract Performance Bond (CPB) in the amount of $25,000.00. The CPB must be received in the office of the Department of Public Works within ten (10) days of the Notice of Award.
