"We did not award on this project as all costs were too high" All work on this project is to be substantially completed within 90 calendar days following Contract Award. The Town of Fallsburg strongly encourages MBE, WBE and Section 3 firms to bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. The Contractor shall include with his proposal, a signed "Statement of Non-Collusion" in the format contained herein.
