Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Brunswick, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The successful Bidder shall provide all skill; labor, material, and equipment for the removal and renovation of the Glynn County Department of Public Health to comply with the 2010 ADA Standards. Work to include interior demolition and renovation of Restrooms along with demolition and renovation of existing sidewalks and parking spaces. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the construction drawings, if any. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications. Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing and forwarded, to the Procurement Officer, Resden Talbert at rtalbert@glynncounty-ga.gov no later than August 19th, 2022. All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than August 22nd, 2022. Questions will only be accepted that are in written form. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum
