Renovation of a fire / police facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,078-square-foot fire / police facility.
**As of August 26, 2022, project was awarded to Joe Daniels Construction Co Inc, awarded amount is $19,050.57.** Questions Due Date: Thursday, August 11th, 2022 Madison Fire Department is proposing a new Type I Training Tower adjacent to Fire Station 14 fire on the southeast side of the city, located at 3201 Dairy Drive. The training tower is to be located on the east side of the fire station's apparatus bays approximately 20 feet from the eastern edge of existing pavement, in an area that gently slopes toward the existing wetlands farther east. The building is an open air structure for training purposes and will not be occupied at non-training times. The building will not require plumbing, HVAC, electrical or data systems Bidders may be asked to attend meetings, make oral presentations, inspect City locations or make their facilities available for a site inspection as part of this RFB process. Such presentations, meetings or site visits will be at the Bidders expense
