On Call The selected firm shall perform statewide High Mast Lighting Tower Inspection. INDOT currently owns approximately 900 high mast towers many are in need of frequent inspection. The inspection work and reports will be paid on a unit price basis as will emergency inspection. Any additional services such as design for defect repair will be paid at negotiated labor rates. As part of the Letter of Intent please include a unit cost fee proposal, as cost will be a factor in the consultant selection. Project understanding and innovation will also be factors in the scoring. All On-Call contract services are on an as-needed basis and there is a possibility that no assignments will be made. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 15 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize INDOT`s eInvoice application.
