Sealed proposals are sought and requested by the Town of Stillwater, for the construction of a new Town of Stillwater Shared Services Facility located at County Route 76, Town of Stillwater, New York. Bids are requested for multiple Prime Contracts for the following Bid trades: (1) HVAC Work; (2) Plumbing Work; (2) Electrical Work (Including Voice/Data) in accordance with Drawings, Project Manual and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by Re4orm Architecture, 323 Clinton Street, Schenectady, NY 12305 and EP Land Services LLC, 621 Columbia Street, Cohoes, NY 12047. Bid Security: As Bid security, each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to the Town of Stillwater as described in accordance with the amounts and terms described in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
