The City of Harrison, Department of Public Works will accept sealed bids from qualified companies to provide the approximately 36.9 miles of road striping. Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable form of bid guaranty as stipulated in the instruction to bidders. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope and shall be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope specifying that it is a bid for "Road Striping", the time for opening of bids, and the name of the bidder. For information, bidders may call the City of Harrison Department of Public Works at (870) 741-3434 or email questions to wphillips@harrisonar.gov. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City further reserves the right to withhold the awarding of the bid for a period not to exceed 60 days after receipt of the bids. At the end of the term of this Agreement (or any renewal term) (the "End Date"), the City may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice.
