The expenditures forecast for this work are in the order of $75,000 for a period of one (1) year with the possibility of extending for two (2) additional periods of one year. (Maximum possible value of $225,000). Each call-up may not exceed $25,000.00. Please note that the preliminary results of this call for tenders will be available on MERX. Requests for clarification and questions should be directed EXCLUSIVELY to the DCC Contracting Authority identified in this announcement. Bidders who direct their requests for clarification to anyone other than the DCC Contracting Authority during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, have their bid rejected.
