Also, interested persons can consult the tender documents for the regional construction associations . : Only are considered for the purposes of awarding the contract, tenders from tenderers having their principal place of business in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and who have the license required under the Building Act. The tenderer must submit with his tender a certificate issued by Revenu Quebec relating to his tax obligations: this must be valid until the end of the three-month period following the month during which the certificate was issued. Tenders must be prepared on the forms provided in the tender documents. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee. It must be valid for forty-five (45) days from the date set for the submission of tenders.
