A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Pigeon Forge Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals for expertise from an Architectural & Engineering Firms which will deliver several services related to the proposed Patriot Park Project. These services include, but are not limited to; develop a site plan for Patriot Park, develop plans and specifications for bidding, acquiring all permits necessary for the project, assist in the bidding process, and provide oversite for the project. Patriot Park is located on Old Mill Drive, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, in Sevier County. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
