Construction Services for the Upgrade of Diesel and Coach Shop Buildings Heating Systems at 47th Street Yard Question Deadline 02/12/2024 at 4:00 PM CT Questions regarding this IFB shall be submitted via Bonfire The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal for this project is 25%. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond of 5% of the total bid price Payment and Performance Bonds each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price The Contractor shall complete the work within a duration period of 575 calendar days which starts from the award date (not the notice to proceed date) of this Contract. Metra reserves the right to accept any Bid, or any part thereof, or reject any and all Bids.
