As of September 6, 2022. Project has been awarded to Signature Projects with the amount of $383,073.77 The town of guadalupe will be accepting bids from eligible contractors for the following: guadalupe senior center & library improvements town of guadalupe 9241 s. Avenida del yaqui guadalupe, az 85283 The project will generally include: * Provide stainless steel storage * Provide concrete flooring finishes * Relocate drainage pipe under the concrete floor * Provide lighting, fans, and power * Replace and repair tile and counters in restrooms * Plumbing repairs and updates in restrooms * Add sink and case work in new coffee area * Cut openings in existing block wall and add fencing * Remove and replace swamp cooler on roof * Paint Library interior walls * Remove planter and tree stump/roots * Repair exterior walls * Electrical upgrades * Mechanical upgrades * Dibble is serving as the Town's consultant on this project. Plan holders will be requested to supply the following information at the pre-bid meeting: the name of the company, contact person, current address, telephone, and email address. Neither the Town of Guadalupe nor Dibble will be responsible for non-receipt of addenda due to incorrect or missing information on the plan holders list. The Town of Guadalupe will endeavor to insure in every way possible that disadvantaged/minority/women-owned business enterprises and qualified businesses shall have every opportunity to participate in providing professional services, goods and construction contracts without being discriminated against on the grounds of race, religion, sex, age or natural origin.
