Preserve Mortared Stone Parapets at the Loomis Museum, Lassen Volcanic National Park, Shasta County, CA The National Park Service, Lassen Volcanic National Park, has a requirement for the preservation of mortared stone parapets at the Loomis Museum and Seismograph Building, located in Shasta County, CA. This project is located close to the west entrance at Lassen Volcanic National Park. The work of this project includes removing, salvaging, cleaning, testing, and reconstructing a segment of historic stone parapet wall located on the Loomis Seismograph building and the Loomis Museum building. Bid options include: abating asbestos containing materials located within the disturbed areas of the Seismograph building parapets, as well as within the disturbed areas of the Museum building parapets, should they be discovered. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as identified in the project specifications and associated documents provided as attachments to the solicitation. Per FAR 36.204, the project range is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238140 and the with a corresponding size standard of $16.5 million of gross annual receipts for the last three years.
