The Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced audio / visual (A/V) vendors for time and materials. It is the objective of OCHN to select of OCHN to select a vendor that will maintain and service all current and future OCHN audio / visual equipment according to the highest industry standards and in the best interest of OCHN. Work required under this contract and the response that needs to be submitted by interested proposers is explained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposers should review the RFP and submit proposals in compliance with the RFP. OCHN is seeking a time and materials contract with a vendorr to provide goods and services in a manner consistent with full accountability for and accurate records of all business transactions associated with OCHN audio / visual equipment. The vendor shall have experience with Microsoft Teams compatible conferencing devices. The vendor shall be certified to provide Crestron support and maintenance.
