This bid is to provide a Price Term Agreement for a one (1) year term beginning SEPTEMBER 1, 2022. Price Agreement to Provide Standard Cold Planer, Operator and Assistant for the Purpose of Cold Planing, Pavement Milling or Asphalt Milling, for Various Locations Island-wide, for the Department of Public Works. All Bids Must Be F.o.b. Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed, and Inclusive of All Applicable Taxes, Including Hawai`i General Excise Tax and Use Taxes. Please Note That Effective January 1, 2020 the Maximum General Excise Tax Rate That May Be Charged of Hawaii County Will Be 4.7120%. the County of Hawai`i is Exempt From the City and County of Honolulu, 0.5% General Excise Tax Surcharge.
