The awarded contractor will provide Sanitary Sewer Condition Assessment and CCTV Inspection services for the City's sanitary sewer collection system in accordance with the Scope of Work (see Section 2), the Special Provisions and Technical Specifications (see Section 3) and the submitted Bid Schedule (see Section 4). The City reserves the right to assign more or less quantities/work for the same unit price provided by the contractor in the Bid Schedule (Section 4). Award of the Contract will be made by the City within sixty (60) days after receipt of proposals. The City will award this contract the responsible bidder with the lowest responsive bid. The CCTV work shall be completed within sixty (60) days after award. A copy of the City's standard Contract is included in Appendix A of this RFP.
