The Department of Finance and Management, Office of Construction Management (hereinafter, "DOFM") is initiating this procurement effort that will result in the award and execution for a Construction Administration/Construction Observation Services - Task Order Basis. The scope of work shall include select construction administration and site observation. This project will not contain a scope meeting. Questions and answers will be posted in Bonfire portal. DOFM anticipates awarding one or two contracts; each contra98947ct will have an estimated contract amount of $500,000. The term of each contract is one year from the date of issuance of the purchase order, with the option for up to three (3) annual renewals. If a project started during the term of the contract and is scheduled to be completed after the term of the contract, the project will be allowed to be completed under the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
