Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sainte-Marcelline-de-Kildare, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Upgrades and improvement to Chalet des Loisirs park Saint-Embroise. The scope of the project includes upgrades to the chalet foundations, construction of a pumptrack and renovation of the parking lot. Civil engineering include more specifically deforestation, pulverization of the existing paving, granular reloading and construction of a new foundation, correction of drainage systems (ditches/culverts), installation of infiltration basins, laying of bituminous coating, installation of furniture, including foundation and concrete slabs, repair of surfaces, marking work, construction of a pump track as well as other related work necessary for the completion of this contract. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a general contractor following public tender MSAK-2202, reference number 1631247.
