The CONTRACTOR shall carry out the Electrical Works in accordance with the Estimates, according to the unit prices indicated in the Price Schedule. The PUBLIC BODY does not undertake to accept any Submissions received. The TENDERER must accompany its Tender with a tender guarantee for a fixed amount of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00) . This bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee, issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in the Régie. The BIDDER must also attach to its Bid a letter of commitment signed by a surety guaranteeing the issuance of a performance bond and a guarantee of the obligations of the CONTRACTOR for wages, materials and services, which must be, each , in the amount of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00) . The Contract is for a period of three (3) years, from the date of issuance of the notice of award until September 30, 2025.
