SCOPE OF WORK 1. This proposal is intended to provide Pflugerville Independent School District (known herein as Pflugerville ISD or the district), Pflugerville, Texas, with district requirements related to Photovoltaic Maintenance in accordance with specifications and conditions embodied within this inquiry. 2. Proposals should be “best and final” and the proposer should not assume that there will be another opportunity to revise rates. Pflugerville Independent School District reserves the right to negotiate final terms with selected finalist(s). 3. The scope of services provided by the Respondent(s) shall include maintenance, equipment or parts replacement and repairs as needed for solar photovoltaic generating systems at 11 separate locations for a cumulative total of approximately 2.0 megawatts (MW) of grid-connected PV. 4. The scope of services provided by the Respondent(s) shall include everything necessary to get existing solar photovoltaic equipment running at its expected design performance level. 5.
