Renovation of an educational facility in Kalispell, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Boiler replacement at Edgerton Elementary Kalispell Public Schools is seeking a Request for Proposals (RFP) from interested parties for the replacement of the boiler system at Edgerton Elementary 1400 Whitefish Stage Road Kalispell, MT 59901 The work consists of: Replacing existing boilers, pumps, expansion tank and creating make up air(non mechanical). Venting of boilers may need to be upsized/added to. There may also be additional repairs need to existing system as well. Boilers (2) are to be Lochinvar FTXL 850K BTU with target BTU's of 1.7million plumbed in redundancy for a lead/lag situation. Boilers to be plumbed into existing plumbing with the addition of any needed isolation valves, check valves, etc. Primary hot water circulation pumps are to be variable speed Grundfos pumps of the correct size. At completion make certain boilers will be integrated into our control network operated by ATS. Each bidder shall have a current Montana Public Contractor's License of the proper class, as defined and set forth in the Montana Code Annotated. The project is also subject to Montana State Prevailing Wage Rate require- ments. Kalispell Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and to accept any bid which it deems most advantageous.
