The City and County of Butte-Silver Bow (BSB) in partnership with the Butte Rescue Mission (BRM) will accept project proposals for the acquisition and redevelopment of the following property. 123-135 E. Park Street, legally described as: BUTTE TOWNSITE, S13, T03 N, R08 W, BLOCK 27, Lot 15, E2 15, ALL 16, 17, 18 (Lots 15 and 16 are owned by the BRM - Lot 18 is owned by BSB) Minimum Price - $56,273 The purpose of this invitation for proposals is to offer the above-described properties for private development, use, and owner!ship. Respondents are advised that the CITY-COUNTY will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFP; all costs associated with responding to this RFP will be solely at the interested parties' expense. Failure to respond to this RFP does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Responses will be made public in accordance with Section 18-4-304 of the Montana Code Annotated. INSTRUCTIONS TO RESPONDENTS To the extent the CITY-COUNTY determines, in its sole discretion, to respond to an inquiry, such response will be made in writing by addendum and posted to the Request for Bids, Proposals and Quotes section of the CITY-COUNTY's website. Disposition of Responses All submitted responses become the property of the CITY-COUNTY and will not be returned. The CITY-COUNTY shall have the right to use all ideas, and/or adaptations of those ideas, contained in any response received in response to this RFP and may be used by the CITY-COUNTY to develop a future solicitation for Communications Services. When deemed in the best interest of the CITY-COUNTY, this RFP may be cancelled at any time with or without cause. CONFIDENTIALITY OF RESPONSES All responses submitted to the CITY-COUNTY are subject to public disclosure pursuant to Section 18-4-304 of the Montana Code Annotated. All Respondents should be aware that the RFP and the responses thereto are in the public domain will be available for public inspection and copying thirty (30) days after opening of the responses. All responses received in response to this RFP become the exclusive property of the CITY-COUNTY and will not be returned. Information submitted to the CITY-COUNTY may, at the CITY-COUNTY's discretion, be used to develop a future solicitation and should not be of proprietary or confidential nature. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS Nothing contained in this RFP shall be construed to require or obligate the CITY-COUNTY of BUTTE-SILVER BOW, MONTANA select any proposals or limit the ability of the CITY-COUNTY of BUTTE-SILVER BOW, MONTANA to reject all proposals in its sole and exclusive discretion.
