The scope of work generally consist of gen- eral labor, supervision, materi- als, equipment, demolition, civil structural, electrical, mechanical work, manufacturers services and appurtenances necessary for a complete in place installation fo the Odor Scrubber system on the existing solids holding tank locat- ed at the North End Wastewater Treatment Plant (NETP).
