Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stratford, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work under this Contract generally consists of the rehabilitation of Dunn's Bridge on O'Loane Avenue approximately 100 m north of Lorne Avenue. The rehabilitation activities primarily relate to the: bridge scarifying and patch repairs, replacement of sidewalk and parapet walls, deck widening, replacement of the expansion joints, repairs and replacement of guiderail, and road widening along the west approach as indicated on the plans.
