Reference number : 1631544 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-08-23 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope Options related to this notice: This notice has renewal options (24 months) The purpose of this contract is the complete execution of the work as defined by the estimate for the Snow removal service for sidewalks and parking lots for a period of 3 years, i.e. the 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 seasons and for two optional years, i.e. for 2025-2026 and 2026-2027. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. A bid bond of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid. Any request for information must be made in writing to Mr. Renaud Labrecque, responsible for the call for tenders, by email, at the following address: dg@municipalite.parisville.qc.ca.v
