This contract is for Plantation Key School - Roofing and Exterior Restoration Project. Work is as described in the project documents prepared by Jay Ammon Architect Incorporated. These documents are found in Appendix D and E. This scope will include all labor and materials required to complete the project. This is to be a complete turnkey project.
