Renovation of an educational facility in Tavernier, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This contract is for Plantation Key School - Roofing and Exterior Restoration Project. Work is as described in the project documents prepared by Jay Ammon Architect Incorporated. These documents are found in Appendix D and E. This scope will include all labor and materials required to complete the project. This is to be a complete turnkey project. Work includes but is not limited to general construction, gutters, exterior sealing, and roofing. All materials, labor, subcontracts, and services required to make a complete project per the design documents shall be included in your pricing. The project has a required completion date of March 27, 2023 Yes, if bid amount is over $200,000 Bonding - A 100% performance and payment bond will be required if your bid is over $200,000.00.
