Renovation of a municipal facility in Shawano, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Shawano County Public Property Committee will be accepting bid from qualified contractors to install an addition to the current HVAC system serving the second floor of the County Courthouse. Interested bidders are required to contact Steve Dreher at 715-526-6685 or steve.dreher@shawanocountywi.gov no later than 1:00 p.m. on 08/18/2022 to arrange to tour the project area and to receive additional information. Shawano County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bidding process and to award the bid deemed most advantageous to Shawano County in its sole discretion.
