The Housing Authority of Island County invites interested architectural and engineering consultants desiring to provide A&E services for a wide variety of capital improvement projects at the Housing Authority to enter the selection process to provide architectural and engineering consultant services by submitting a list of qualifications. The Housing Authority of Island County is planning to contract with an architectural and engineering firm to provide support to the Executive Director as may be requested from time to time. These services may include: * Design and construction management of capital improvement projects. * Pre-submittal meeting / walkthrough * Monitoring the project as it progresses. * Proficient in HUD procurement regulations and Davis-Bacon Wage Requirements/Washington State Prevailing Wage Requirements * The Housing Authority of Island County reserves the right to continue with the consultant selected from 2022-2027 for future capital funding projects * Assistance to Executive Director on various capital funding projects Firms will be considered for selection based upon the following criteria categories, weighted as indicated: Qualifications of Key Personnel (100 points) Previous Performance (100 points) Relevant Experience (100 points ) Please Contact Teri Anania, Executive Director @ 360-678-4181 X 210 if you have any questions.
