Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Imlay City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Approximately 860 feet of 5 foot concrete sidewalk from First Street to Third Street along Cedar Street (M-53/Van Dyke). The project will include one road crossing, one driveway crossing, as well as a section underneath Grand Trunk Western / CN Railroad. Bid Security in the form of a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
