Notice is hereby given that bids are being solicited by the County of Placer to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, tax, and services necessary for the Placer County Rollins Lake Road Slide Repair Project, BID NO. 20310, Contract No. 001309. The slope improvement project consists of clearing and grubbing, constructing a retaining wall, applying striping, erosion control, and other items and details, not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, specifications or the Special Provisions. The engineer's estimate for the work will be: $943,000. The number of working days for this project is 121. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the scope of work, terms, conditions, and requirements contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments. Construction License: The successful bidder must possess at all times, at minimum, a valid California Class A license or a combination of California Class C licenses which constitutes a majority of the work. Submission of Proposals: Bids must be received by the County prior to the hour and date of the bid opening. Bids shall be submitted to the bids&tenders(TM) website.
