All interested parties had the opportunity to submit questions in writing to Dawn DeJarlais, by 5:00 p.m., August 16, 2022 The scope of work generally consist of general labor, supervision, materials, equipment, demolition, civil, structural, electrical, mechanical work, manufacturers services, and appurtenances necessary for a complete in place installation for the Odor Scrubber system on the existing solids holding tank located at the North End Wastewater Treatment Plant (NETP). All work required to complete the NETP Odor Control Bioscrubber as shown on the contract drawings and as specified in the contract documents. ESTIMATED BID COST RANGE: $745,000.00 to $820,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The State reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
