The Framingham Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the 667-8 Intercom Upgrade, #100250 in Framingham, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by MacRitchie Engineering. The Project consists of: The replacement of the existing apartment unit intercoms at the 667-8 residential building. The scope of the project includes but is not limited to: The removal of existing intercoms and replacement with new. There are a total of two intercom panels at 667-8 development. All electrical work at 667-8 includes providing a new circuit to feed a new junction box in the existing intercom closet for the new intercom system and extending existing wiring/controls from existing door . General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
