Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cokeville, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of October 12, 2022. The Project has been cancelled and no plans to rebid the project in the future.** The Town of Cokeville is requesting bids to replace/repair 10 fire hydrants within the town limits according to applicable municipality and town engineer specifications. Replacement fire hydrants and gasket kits etc. will be provided by the Town of Cokeville. Cokeville Public Works employees will not be providing help on installing the fire hydrants except for consulting and over site purposes. The contractor will be responsible to remove and replace fire hydrants, the mobilization of personal equipment to replace the fire hydrants. Bids need to include all digging, concrete thrust blocks, backfilling, compaction, and where needed repair of concrete sidewalks if disturbed. It is also the responsibility of the contractor to complete dig one calls. Contractors will need to be insured and have a performance bond to complete the work.
