**As of December 18th 2025 , this project has been awarded, The project consists of performing the following, including, but not limited to: The project includes, but is not limited to the following: On Harkins Slough Road the work includes road widening, installation of sidewalk, ADA ramps, storm drain modification, pavement patch and repair, installation of wired fencing, guard rail placement, minor grading, striping and signing and hydroseeding. On the area adjacent to Lee Road the work includes installation of an 8' wide bike and pedestrian path with 2' shoulders on each side, installation of culverts, grading, excavation, ADA ramps, wired fencing, striping and signing and hydroseeding. The contract will not require the Project Labor Agreement conditions. A bid bond of 10% of the bid is required to be submitted with the proposal utilizing Surety 2000. All bidders and contractors shall be licensed in accordance with the provisions of the code of Federal Regulations, Title 23 CFR 635.110. In addition, bidder must have at the time the contract is awarded for this project, one of the following classification(s) of contractor's license: Class A- General Engineering Contractor's License.
