Replace fire pump to motor existing coupling. Pierce County City Building/Main Jail, 930/910 Tacoma Avenue S. Pump serves both 930 and 910, but pump is physically located at 910 Tacoma Avenue S. Tacoma, WA 98402 All questions must be submitted electronically not later than 4:00 PM, Monday, Oct. 3, 2022. B. Bidders must be registered electronically in order to submit questions. Any questions regarding the project technical details and specifications, clarifications and interpretations must be requested in writing only to allow for distribution to all bidders who have requested interest in this bidding opportunity. The successful bidder will be required to Substantially Complete all basic bid and alternate bid work within 90 Calendar Days of Notice to Proceed. The contractor will have an additional 10 Calendar Days to reach Final Completion and Acceptance for a total of 100 Calendar Days. By submitting a bid, the contractor certifies that all items are verified commercially available for delivery, fabrication and installation for beneficial use by the owner by the completion times indicated
